The benefits of personal training are specific to your individual needs and requirements so no two training programmes will be the same! All of our personal trainers will have an in depth conversation with you to determine your goals, time frames and limiting factors which may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
After gaining all this information we can then work together and move forward!
If you want to do personal training but not on your own then why not train with a partner? We now offer group personal training in which you can attend personal training with a partner.
Personal training can be purchased as single sessions or in blocks.
