 We offer a range of classes to suit all abilities and preferences, they include Pilates, Kettlebells, and Bootcamp to name just a few.  With our vast range of classes all categorised, you'll be able to easily choose a class to fit with your desired focus.

Come on outdoors to work every inch of your body in this 60-minute-high intensity session. you will be taking part in a mixture of strength and cardiovascular training.

Start your morning getting your heart rate up and getting your muscles pumped and loosened ready for the week ahead. 

Take part in exercises easy on the joints but not so easy on working the muscles making you fitter and stronger.

  A fast-tough circuit-based workout that targets the whole body.  A medium intensity class to set you up for the day. 

Suspension Training

Madfit Suspension training is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the Madfit Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Women's Only Strength Training

A gym-based class that focuses on improving form & technique for all the main compound exercises in weight training.  No experience needed as this class will help to teach you new training methods and improve your strength and conditioning as the weeks progress.  A Women’s only class that is limited to 8 individuals to ensure all attendants are trained to their potential.
