Racketball at Chapel-A

Chapel A is one of the leading and most successful racketball clubs in the country, catering for all ages and levels of play.

The game is enjoyed by similar numbers of men and women and at Chapel A they include current squash players, previous squash players who have given up squash due to injury or age, tennis players and people joining to play with no previous rackets experience.

With over 400 squash and racketball members and superb facilities, the club offers fantastic opportunities for social play, coaching, internal leagues and competitions.

The club is also home to external annual racketball championships, North East Championships in March and Yorkshire Championships in September, which are very successful and growing in popularity every year.

Peter Edwards, Head Squash and Racketball Coach, is the Yorkshire promotions representative for the Yorkshire Squash and Racketball Committee.  This role recognises Peter’s success with developing racketball at Chapel A as he spreads his vast knowledge and experience across other Yorkshire clubs.

We look forward to welcoming you to the club and seeing you on the courts.
