Inaugural Chapel A Squash Open a great success!

05th Sep 2016

Last weekend saw the first Chapel Allerton Squash Open take place at the club.

The action began on Friday evening with some evenly balanced and tight matches taking place. Squash chairman Ross Williamson squeaking through in his tie with Matty Powell 3-2.

The matches continued on Saturday and even though the weather wasn’t the best, the catering team still kept everyone’s energy levels up with some great food and drinks.

The quarter finals were played on Saturday afternoon which saw club coach Simon Parke advance to the semi finals.

Finals day was again hotly contested with semi finals providing some epic matches. There wasn’t much time to recover though as the finals were due to start at 1:30pm.
